Ultra-pure version of Benzonase. Nonspecific endonuclease, hydrolyzes both single- and double-stranded nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) to 5'-phosphorylated oligonucleotides of 1-4 bases in length. MW = 27 kDa (homodimer). Expressed in E. coli.
